I was a walk-in customer looking for a new car and was brought to Juan Benjamin. Juan is a true car guy and really knows what he's selling. The type of post sale service he has offered me sounds more like what I hear is provided by the top German auto dealers. Bravo to Juan and I hope his kind of thinking toward the customer becomes the rule and not the exception among american brands. The only negative in my overall experience with the dealership came when I was called in to pick-up my new car on a Saturday afternoon. My paperwork wasn't done yet when quitting time came at 3:00 and some of those involved in the process left, which caused more delay. Salesman Juan stayed until I drove off in my new car and actually cancelled a personal commitment to facilitate it. More
