We did replace the headlights and recleaned the car, I recall that we delivered it back to you. I was told that your husband was taking the car to Chrysler for and engineering inspection of the lenses. Are you have other problems? Yes those problems were taken care of. They wanted a review, and I reviewed what happened. I was told the buckets were replaced, but they still fog up, they were fogged up the very next day, and continue to fog up. So I have my doubts. If there's nothing you can do for the headlights, I guess going to the corporate level is my only choice. I just wonder what other people do who don't have a connection like I do? What will the average person do when their headlights fog up? (And they will fog up, because they fogged up on the loaner car which was a 2012 as well.) They don't have access to engineering to get their lights fixed. I shouldn't have to go to that level to get things taken care of. I don't know what could be done to improve on this situation, I know it is a manufacturing problem, but the average person would just stop buying Chrysler products if they had a problem like this on a new car which couldn't be fixed. I know you don't want that to happen. Neither do I because those sales put the food on my table as well as yours.

We originally came to Golling because we have friends who recommended you. So you have a good reputation as far as I know. The headlights are still fogging up. They are fogged up right now as I write this. I will take you up on your offer for washing/waxing my car, that would be great. My car is coming up on 3,000 miles soon, so I will be in there for the first of my 2 free oil changes. I was promised a tank of gas too, so I can get it when I'm there. Thanks for your concern and for your time.

When you bring the 200 in for the first oil change make sure your tank is low!! and we will top it off. That's the least we can do.
