Factory recall etc. Dropped 2017 Acura MDX for 2 factory recalls and driver seat repair. Went in on Tuesday without appointment which was ok and got vehicle back on Frida Dropped 2017 Acura MDX for 2 factory recalls and driver seat repair. Went in on Tuesday without appointment which was ok and got vehicle back on Friday. A pleasant surprise was the dealership made arrangements to bring my vehicle to my work and exchange my loaner since I couldn’t get to them today. I would highly recommend Goodson Acura to anyone. Additionally, the waiting area was meticulously maintained, comfortable and replete with customer amenities, e.g., refreshments, WiFi, computer stations, etc. My spouse and I had been loyal Cadillac consumers, but the customer service rendered from our sales representative and maintenance adviser has convinced us to continue our relationship with Goodson.
