Everything was great except one of the people that was working in the glove box. He didn't say he was done just left the door open and walked away. The glove box doesn't stay shut now. Usually I would give a 5 but this time my appointment for theoil change was at 2:45 pm and wasn't done until 4:35pm. Then I used my ford pass points and Randy said it used up all my points.
