Never again. Had my car for 2 months and 2 days. Asked if they could drop off to me and was told "no, it's running on fumes and it won't make it" there was gas in Had my car for 2 months and 2 days. Brian Gerber just sat there when I went to pick it up n pointed where I was supposed to pick up receipt and keys. Had no clue where car was located. Never went over anything with me at all. Window was down after I told them not to mess with it because it needs a regulator. Car was filthy on the outside, but receipt states complimentary car wash. 42 miles were put on it, but receipt states same mileage as it went in with. Worst service I've ever experienced. Highly do not recommend and have told many that. More

We have bought 4 cars from this dealership in the past 6 years. We have also brought in other family members to purchase a car. This last one was a horrible experience. I feel they did not offer a fair pric years. We have also brought in other family members to purchase a car. This last one was a horrible experience. I feel they did not offer a fair price for our trade in and I expressed that and they were unmovable on the price. They now have my car listed for 9,000 above what they gave me for it. Our loyalty to them means nothing. The vehicle that we bought from them had a broken drivers side window which they said would be fixed in 3 days time and it wasn’t fixed for 2 weeks. I had to drive around a newly bought car with a cracked window during that entire time. More

After driving our new Ford Edge, my wife didn't like her car. We went back to Gordie Boucher and Mike Islami helped us find a 2023 Ford Explorer. Mike told us to take it home and try it out. The service was excellent. Unfortunately the dealership was not able to support my heated steering wheel request. Purchased a 402A package in my F150 Tremor and the heated steering wheel was deleted and credited however, I was not informed when purchased. It was on the window sticker noted as a credit but I didn’t realize not having this option as I have in the past with all my Fords as I always buy the top option package for the model. Very disappointed not having the heated steering wheel and for the last 6 months I feel I was just strung along as my sales person was looking for an option through the dealership to support my request. Unfortunately I was told there is nothing they can do! Again, very disappointed…. More
