They used to do a very good job on my personal vehicle and Echo’s E450 box truck. The last appointment was for the truck—mostly basic stuff. A scheduled appointment for 11am. I had to get shuttle ride b and Echo’s E450 box truck. The last appointment was for the truck—mostly basic stuff. A scheduled appointment for 11am. I had to get shuttle ride back to my car. It should have been done late afternoon. I left a message—no call back. So I showed up in person about 4:30pm. Talked to advisor—no work was done on the truck. He said the guy that works on trucks wasn’t at work that day. So I had to drive back to Echo and the shuttle driver had to bring me back to Boucher so I could retrieve my car. A total waste of time!!!! More

Called to get price of rear camera and install was told $705.00 plus tax.After be told needed to have vehicle diagnosed the price jumped to $1250.00 . Called local dealer in Rockford was told $750.00 plu $705.00 plus tax.After be told needed to have vehicle diagnosed the price jumped to $1250.00 .
