Diagnosis of truck issues was thorough. Cost of repair was way higher than anticipated. Jeff was fair, pleasant and professional. Loaner vehicle was appreciated. Excellent right from the first phone call from Sophia! My Ram was involved in a hit and run, I dropped the truck off on 12/26/25 and they had it ready just in time for my husband to come back from vacatio My Ram was involved in a hit and run, I dropped the truck off on 12/26/25 and they had it ready just in time for my husband to come back from vacation on 1/14/26. The truck looks brand new and even more beautiful! They explained and showed me everything they repaired. Over priced, added things without my consent. I was in the building the whole time. $69 oil change ended up being $129 . Overly aggressive on pushing higher prices package. On top of it, the tech I was in the building the whole time. $69 oil change ended up being $129 . Overly aggressive on pushing higher prices package. On top of it, the tech did not put the sensor back in and I had to bring it back. Truck did not run properly! I bought the tires there and it should have shown up that I have a lifetime rotation on the tires. Why would you ask me if I wanted to pay for the higher priced package that included that in it??? More
