Salesman was very nice. Happy with my trade. Receptionist helped me get car seat in car. Two employees went out of their way to put my luggage rack on one of which was Ron . Happy with my trade. Professional staff all of them Ron Shawn Phil and the new finance person mike. Another tech helped me hook my phone to car. Finance guy was respectful low pressure and made good suggestions. My one abd only complaint was took over a week to payoff my car and my grace period was just abt over ; felt someone else should have done it while Mike was ill and that I wasn’t overly thrilled to have to make another trip to Janesville to sign paperwork that was forgotten. Overall a good dealership Ron was nice to deal with and I would and have already reccommended to others . You sell a high quality American made car. More
