I scheduled an appointment to have my powerstroke diesel serviced. I arrived at the scheduled 7:00am time. Elisha promptly checked me in and i went to the waiting area for a cup of coffee. Before i was done serviced. I arrived at the scheduled 7:00am time. Elisha promptly checked me in and i went to the waiting area for a cup of coffee. Before i was done with the coffee my truck was completed and she was personally drying it after washing it, she even wiped dry all the inside door jambs. She then came to the waiting area explained what they had done and i was on my way before 8:00am. Elisha is polite, friendly and knows what she is doing and how to treat people. She was a pleasure to work with and is a great asset to Gordie Boucher Ford. I just can't say enough good things about this dealer their entire staff is great, but Elisha goes one step above and beyond. Thank you. More
