Our Toyota Rave 4 was badly damaged and we needed help. Your Dealership could not have been more helpful our Special Angels. We were at the front table for about 4 hours, starting a call to the Insurance Company, towing service, car rental motel accommodations. We were both very shaken and up came Sherry Buckley offering her help. She immediately secured telephone numbers (offering a phone of course) a towing service to contact car rental and as time went on she provided a map to the Holiday Inn Express after making a reservation for us. We can't thank her enough. And the Manager even offered us half of his chicken sandwich lunch. We would recommend Boucher Ford to the country. And we didn't even stop to purchase a car. We are residents of Rochester MN but your help cannot be measured. Away from home in a bad situation - we couldn't have been better cared for. We thing Sherry Buckley is our Guiding Light. We did our internet research beforehand and had narrowed our choice to an Escape or Chevy Equinox. Jeff Vance approached us in the lot and asked if we wanted to take one for a test drive. After a short drive we were hooked. We were looking for a few different options than what was on the this one. Jeff did some searching and found what we were looking for and had it onsite the next day. One last drive and decided to buy. Jeff was very helpful and friendly and great to deal with. We thought we had made a deal with two other dealerships; Tom Peck in Clinton WI, and Bryden in Durand IL. At both places we were told one price and when returned to write the check the $ amount changed significantlly. Very dissatisfied with both dealerships, we were ready to forget buying a truck, but decided to give Gordie Boucher a try. We shared our bad experiences with the salesman, Joe Zipperer, and he seemed to be straight with us. No false promises and hidden cost. We purched a very nice truck and were treated very fairly. Worst experience ever I went to the dealership to find a used car and from the second I walked into the dealership everything was a lie I found a van I liked and there was I went to the dealership to find a used car and from the second I walked into the dealership everything was a lie I found a van I liked and there was no paper or anything in the window to specify the price or and was no paper anything in it in the window to specify the price or any mechanical issues so I asked the salesperson if there was anything wrong with this vehicle and he told me not to his knowledge I got the car home and look in the glove department box and in the owners manual was a paper that was supposed to be in the window with a list of things wrong with the vehicle like a seized parking brake bad left wheel bearings ACN operable excetra all kinds of safety issues they let me load my kids up in the car and drive off the lot with a unsafe car so I brought the car back to the Ford dealership they fixed a lot of things wrong with the car but even today the things that they supposedly fixed are still aren't working right they sold me a lemon and refused to take the car back even two days after I bought the car be aware of this dealership will do anything or say anything to sell a car they do not care about your safety More
