Went in for a recall needed for my car they broke A piece and it was never fixed and I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for a part to come in. I will never purchase or take my vehicle to Gordy Boucher and it was never fixed and I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for a part to come in. Was more than happy to bring the vehicle from another GB location but then didn't want any of the responsibility because it wasn't a Ford. Sold it to us with a bad battery (needed to be towed out of our gar location but then didn't want any of the responsibility because it wasn't a Ford. Sold it to us with a bad battery (needed to be towed out of our garage 3 days after we bought it) and said the back up cameras weren't working due to a setting. Our salesman even said the service department checked it over. That was a lie and it then cost us our deductible to have that fixed. A new to us truck that cost $750 3 days after purchasing the vehicle. My favorite part was leaving 5 messages at the dealership with zero returned. Never again. More
