Went in for a recall needed for my car they broke A piece and it was never fixed and I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for a part to come in. I will never purchase or take my vehicle to Gordy Boucher and it was never fixed and I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for a part to come in. I will never purchase or take my vehicle to Gordy Boucher a West Bend again. If I could give them zero stars I would look elsewhere and be aware of shady work More

Was more than happy to bring the vehicle from another GB location but then didn't want any of the responsibility because it wasn't a Ford. Sold it to us with a bad battery (needed to be towed out of our gar location but then didn't want any of the responsibility because it wasn't a Ford. Sold it to us with a bad battery (needed to be towed out of our garage 3 days after we bought it) and said the back up cameras weren't working due to a setting. Our salesman even said the service department checked it over. That was a lie and it then cost us our deductible to have that fixed. A new to us truck that cost $750 3 days after purchasing the vehicle. My favorite part was leaving 5 messages at the dealership with zero returned. Never again. More
