Not happy, took my 2017 F-150 in for a rattle in my sunroof, they found the problem, then told me they could not fix the rattle and damaged a part putting my truck back together, I waited 4 weeks for t sunroof, they found the problem, then told me they could not fix the rattle and damaged a part putting my truck back together, I waited 4 weeks for the part they damaged, they did not call me, I had to call them asking about the part, a few days later I had to take my truck back to have the damaged part replaced.......I will not be going back to Gordie Boucher! Had a great experience from start to finish with trying to find and to purchase a 2021 Ford Ranger. I also received $4,000 more on trade in value for my 2018 Nissan Frontier than what the Nissan dealershi to find and to purchase a 2021 Ford Ranger. Just brought the 2016 Ford Explorer in for The Works promo. Well my husband lifted the hood and the battery terminal was so corroded that I’m surprised that the truck even started. The report that I paid for stated that the battery was good. That makes me question the integrity of the service department. If this is the type of work that is done at Gordon Boucher, I will never be back and I will pass this on to my friends. Just think, I paid for this poor service!!!!! More
