Its hard to recommend the service department, when the problem exists. I would recommend working with Angie. When I was going to trade my vehicle in, (same dealership) the person test driving the truck problem exists. I would recommend working with Angie. When I was going to trade my vehicle in, (same dealership) the person test driving the truck even noted the hard shifting. But the service department tells me its within Ford's guidelines of acceptance. Ford is not addressing on this known problem. Unfortunately, this may be my last Ford/Lincoln vehicle. More
