Dropped my car off on Thursday they did not know it was there even though I dropped off the keys personally and told them what stall it was in!!! I had asked for an oil change which was never done even though I asked my rep three times for it!!! I had almost $4000 worth of work done on the car!! I also asked if they could move the spare tire from the backseat to the trunk I didn’t think that was too much to ask considering how much my bill was and how long they had my car!!! It costs me $1200 for a rental car!! They could not give me a loaner???? Was not happy at all with the service I received!! Hopefully the repairs were done correctly!!! The least they could have offered is to pay for the 4 extra days that I had to rent the car!!! More

Purchased a used vehicle on 8/12 with Ford’s Blue Oval certification plus an extended ford warranty. The vehicle sync is not working we’ve had it in for service four times and we are told that we have to certification plus an extended ford warranty. First a service rep. Took my keys on Thursday and told no one! I called on Monday and they finally started looking at my car. So now because of the holiday might be able to pick it up on Tuesday! All this time I have had to rent a car because the service department told me that they do not give out loaners!!
