Kim Gonzales is the best Service person I’ve ever dealt with over the years. She works her tail off and any employer would be lucky to have such an individual. Barry Scott. Brought vehicle in for service. Everything was explained well and the vehicle was done in a timely manner. Extended warranty did not cover service...I was a little disappointed. well and the vehicle was done in a timely manner. Extended warranty did not cover service...I was a little disappointed. More
The service writer wasn’t wearing a mask. She checked in my car and I had to ask her to put her mask on when she brought the iPad over for me to sign. Not happy my car and I had to ask her to put her mask on when she brought the iPad over for me to sign. Not happy More

I would have given a 5 star rating again. However, when driving through your new alignment machine, once again it indicated on the board that my car needed an alignment. My last visit required an alignment driving through your new alignment machine, once again it indicated on the board that my car needed an alignment. My last visit required an alignment. I mentioned this to the technician checking me in and he stated, "Oh, I see the last 3 vehicles indicate the same tire needs alignment - I'll have to let them know to calibrate the machine." Question: Had this not occurred, would I have been told the vehicle needed another alignment? If the machine needed to be calibrated...maybe calibration should be a daily function prior to having people need an alignment. I wonder if the last time I drove through needed an alignment...it isn't cheap ($100) - especially being on a fixed income. Just thought you'd like to know. More
