Kim was the service writer who My experience in the Service Department was terrific. My vehicle was there for the "works" pkg...and one other concern. Kim was the service writer who took care of me, and I can't say enough good things about her. She's very efficient and very funny...everything was taken care of quickly, my one concern was addressed, my vehicle was washed and disenfected...and I was on my way!
