I had to ask them what they could do to make this "right". I should not have had to ask and I should not have had to explain the situation multiple times. Danny Rivera was ok with his response and maintained his professionalism. We will take our business elsewhere. My family owns three Ford vehicles and at one time owned four. We will be checking out other dealerships in the area, though Scott, in Sales, it one of the best I have ever interacted with.
