Currently requires two weeks to get in to the dealership, which is understanable given the times. They had the truck for 2 days. They did not call me with an update. I had to call to get it back literiall which is understanable given the times. They had the truck for 2 days. They did not call me with an update. I had to call to get it back literially an hour before they closed for the holidays. They Re-flashed the transmission and put dye in the coolant, took a picture of the broken fog lights. This suggests the truck just sat there. Told me to drive for a week or so the dye could cycle trhough and the transmission could recalibrate to my driving style. Sent the foglight images to Ford for warranty inquiry. It has been 3 working weeks, since I called to get my truck and no follow up from the dealership. I will now call them for next steps. More

I had a puncture of my tire and it was losing air, as one would expect from a puncture. The service advisor was extremely helpful and accommodating (I’ve spent 7 years of my career working in a new car dealership from sales to sales management before leaving to return to college for a career change, so I understand how hard it is to squeeze someone in on the fly for any service much less at the end of the month). I’ve had multiple good experiences here but this one took the cake and absolutely earned this dealership my business when I look to trade-in my car in a year and a half or so. Great service. More
