I usually have a great experience with this dealers service department but this last oil change was a disaster.. the tech forgot to tighten the underplate and the screws came loose and put a hole in my service department but this last oil change was a disaster.. the tech forgot to tighten the underplate and the screws came loose and put a hole in my brand new tire... They refused to take responsibility for their techs error.. I will not be back nor will I refer anyone to them! More
