When trying to follow up on a service that they say you needed, no one returns your call. But a week after of trying, you get an email about something else that they never told you about that needs to get needed, no one returns your call. It was horrible. Simple O2 sensor replace took 2 days. Even worse was the lack of communication. I had to call both days in the afternoon to ask what was going on and Simple O2 sensor replace took 2 days. Even worse was the lack of communication. I had to call both days in the afternoon to ask what was going on and a quick response turned into a call after 5:00 both days. Only redeeming factor was the truck being delivered to me. More
