There were a lot of mishaps with my service. I initially came in for an oil change but when I left with my vehicle, I started experiencing other issues that cost me way more than expected. The communication was good between me and the staff for the most part. I was disappointed that I had to have my vehicle towed twice back to dealership. It was an inconvenience and there was no rental available for me. I appreciate the manager and Mike for trying to resolve my many issues as expediently as possible. More
