The manufacturer recommends, in the owners manual, an oil change based on percentage of oil life remaining. The Dealer recommends an antifreeze change at 30,000 miles. The manufacturer recommends an antifreeze change at 100,000 miles. Transmission fluid change is another example of significant difference in maintenance schedule between the dealer and the manufacturer. The dealership and the manufacturer need to get on the same schedule for maintenance and service. Appreciated the car wash. More
I brought my car in for oil change and factory recall repairs. The immediate complaint is the plastic sear cover and paper was left in the car. Nothing major but nonetheless. The second complaint is I wa repairs. The immediate complaint is the plastic sear cover and paper was left in the car. Nothing major but nonetheless. The second complaint is I was not contacted regarding the rear shocks and struts needing to be replaced. I read it when I got home and reviewed the service receipt. I wish I was contacted when the inspection was completed and the work could have been completed while my auto was there all day. Now I need to make another appointment and for service. More
