Cash purchase of used car I was doing a cash purchase of a used car - very straight forward. My complaint is that I had the first appointment in the morning - as I had to get I was doing a cash purchase of a used car - very straight forward. My complaint is that I had the first appointment in the morning - as I had to get back to work - so assumed I would be in and out fairly quickly (as I had made several purchases of this kind for my business in the past and that was my experience at other dealerships), but this was not the case. Things were not ready for me - as I was kept waiting close to 20 min past my appointment time - and then the process took another 40 min by the time we were complete. Disappointed that the dealership wasn't more respectful of my time -- kept me waiting and then didn't have things prepared. More

Poor Service...Caused Me to Get Towed In June of 2019 I took my Lincoln MKS to Boucher for an oil change along with the inspection that comes with it. On September 13th, while traveling on In June of 2019 I took my Lincoln MKS to Boucher for an oil change along with the inspection that comes with it. On September 13th, while traveling on the Indiana Turnpike the car wouldn't start after stopping at a Rest Area. We lifted the cap on the battery terminals and it was completely filled with corrosion. It takes many months to accumulate that amount of corrosion and it stunned the tow truck driver, saying he'd never seen anything like that, especially on a Lincoln. He towed us 7 miles to the nearest dealership and we arrived just 15 minutes after the service department had closed on a Friday. We were finally able to get a loaner because the sales manager felt so bad for us being stranded. (Rental cars were booked for the weekend) So we left the MKS at this dealership for the weekend, they happened to get a new part and install it by 1pm on Monday (3 days later) so we could drive home to Milwaukee. I missed a day of work because of this delay. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO CHECK THE BATTERY DURING THE INSPECTION. So yesterday my husband takes the car back to Boucher for another oil change. He addresses the Service Manager about the previous issue expecting some sort of apology, but instead was given a shrug and told his employee to check the battery under his breath. This is our second Lincoln from this dealership and we love working with Gus in Sales, but this was just too much. This Service Manager lacked any sort of customer service or accountability for his staff's work. That's the end of our relationship with this dealership. More

Lincoln Nautilus Service and Repair of Unknown vibration I couldn’t be happier with the Boucher Service TEAM experience. The service manager went on a 15 minute drive with me to try and help identify what i I couldn’t be happier with the Boucher Service TEAM experience. The service manager went on a 15 minute drive with me to try and help identify what i thought to be a rather benign off and on small subtle vibration that was hard to detect. He took notes, noted that we were driving on wet pavement with more noise than usual on dry pavement when it is more noticeable. He and Brian(my service rep) decided to keep an extra day to wait to drive it on dry pavement with the tech. The gave me a loaner and said to check back tomorrow by end of day as they needed to fit it in. Perfectly happy with that!!! Honestly, i thought it was my imagination and figured it was “road noise” and i wasted their valuable time. I was wrong and they were right. Turned out it was a bearing in the rotor or hub or something. they replaced it and I was good to go! Thank you Boucher Service TEAM for truly “ Riding with me every mile”. -Arnold “Bruce” Kuhs More
