Needed a new car battery. Service quoted the cost of replacement. I decided to get it replaced. The tech came to my house to replace it. That was really convenient. When it ca Service quoted the cost of replacement. I decided to get it replaced. The tech came to my house to replace it. That was really convenient. When it came time to pay, they wanted to charge me more than I was quoted. Service manager said I was quoted the wrong battery. They should have noticed that before installation. And advised me of the difference. After much discussion, they ultimately let me have the battery they installed for the quoted price. More
