The remote start on my MKZ stopped working. I tried to start it with my phone and a low battery warning flashed. I called Boucher service and was able to get in the next day for a new battery. I tried to start it with my phone and a low battery warning flashed. I called Boucher service and was able to get in the next day for a new battery. They didn’t have my car very long and it was finished. The battery was on sale so the bill was substantially lower than the estimate. The whole experience was great. More
