I was walking around looking at the used vehicles when Brian came out to see if he could help. He is friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy, we took a test drive. I have never been in a car dealership with such a laid back, yet professional attitude. Everyone I talked to was respectful and kind. ( my car was stolen and totaled) There was no pressure. All my questions were answered with no eye rolls or snickers. I have a few friends who also bought cars from Boucher out in Waukesha. And their experience was much like mine.
