Kenn Olson, the best Service Adviser I've ever worked with! I recently brought in my 2018 Mustang GT Convertible for a issue with road noise. This is my 19th car I've owned through 8 different MFG's, and have n I recently brought in my 2018 Mustang GT Convertible for a issue with road noise. This is my 19th car I've owned through 8 different MFG's, and have never had a experience with a Service Adviser like I have with Kenn. Kenn Olsen's tech found that a front left wheel bearing had premature wear and replaced it with no problem under MFG Warranty.
