Let me begin by thanking Joseph for his polite, accommodating demeanor. He addressed all my maintenance concerns when I called to make my service appointment. This was an accommodation I required as I was traveling out of state shortly and faced the eventuality of cancelling my plans had our Mustang not been repaired promptly. I would also point out the pricing at this dealership was half the cost of my local Dealership in Kearney Mesa. The $700 savings was well worth the hour drive from my home in Tierrasanta. Finally, I would compliment the owns of Gosch Ford for there COVID-19 sanitizing protocols as well as the overall cleanliness of the facility. More
