I can't speak for all their service representatives; in the past I had a service rep basically tell me to go fly a kite when a door actuator recall that Ford had previously performed failed (although Ford corporate is mostly to blame), but Kenn is a good guy who you can trust. I strongly recommend you ask for him if you visit this Ford dealership for service. More

We didnt have a specific make or model in mind but he showed us one that had come in and met our criteria and we loved it! We werent pressured and even were told to come back the next day, which we appreciated and did after thinking on it a bit and decided to not let that deal pass us up! More
