I have to drive further to have my car serviced there, but it is well worth it. One time I had my car towed over 70 miles just so Ken Olsen would be the person helping me. He is friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and the most important—-honest! He has helped me with problems even when I was out-of-state and was concerned about an issue with the car I was driving and the repairs the dealer there said I needed. He always returns my calls and for that I am very thankful. He is a asset to the organization!! More

Kenn is the best! Ken Olsen was great at communicating and super friendly. We dropped off our 2014 Ford Edge to get an oil change. Also I asked my husband to mention about the sound I was hearing. Within 10 minutes after dropping off the car we heard from Ken to what the problem was. Best of all it was under warranty.
