I would not bring my vehicle here for service unless you plan to be without your car for months. Brought my car in for service and after diagnosis, the team learned the my vehicle was under warranty and it plan to be without your car for months. Brought my car in for service and after diagnosis, the team learned the my vehicle was under warranty and it took over 2 months for them to do the repair. Every time I called to check in I received a voicemail with no call back until the next day, sometimes multiple days later. We were told multiple times we were better off taking our vehicle to the original dealer where the car was purchased… it’s a ford warranty and this is a ford dealer so I’m not sure why they would even tell us to take it elsewhere. Every week was a new excuse as to why work was not competed, missing paperwork, sick staff, no space in the bay, etc. Eventually we asked to speak with the manager and we were told to come in at 8 am to see her. We came exactly at 8am with our 4 month old baby and she did not come out of her office to meet with us. If a zero star was an option this dealers service department would receive it. How their service department has a 4.9 star rating is beyond me More
