Cameron was very communicative. It took a while for the parts for my car to come in due to being back ordered but once they arrived they were installed and my car was returned promp It took a while for the parts for my car to come in due to being back ordered but once they arrived they were installed and my car was returned promptly. Cameron even helped me get my repair covered as a warranty since it was a known issue with the vehicle, and also got me a rental car while my car was in the shop at no cost to me. I’ve been to Gosch Ford many times for repairs and will continue to trust them with my vehicle. Ask for Cam if you need great help. More

This was awesome customer service, I haven’t seen customer service like this since before Covid. They actually came and picked up my truck, took care of the problem and dropped it back off with no ha customer service like this since before Covid. We were very impressed with Joseph’s great customer service! He was great with communications and updates. He also was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The whole process from the drop service! He was great with communications and updates. He also was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The whole process from the drop off of our truck to when we picked it up was 6 weeks due to needing a new transmission which was under warranty. The whole experience went smooth and communications were great with Joseph. There is one issue that we had during this experience. It is that Ford will not reimburse us for the first week of the rental because it was not a Ford vehicle. After our truck was dropped off at Ford they had Enterprise pick us up and take us to the rental car lot....to pick up a rental car while our truck was in for service. Then after the first week in which Ford service looked at our truck, we received a call from Joseph saying that it will take sometime and he asked what did we have for a rental and we told him it was a Mazda. He then said, if we want Ford to pay for the rental for the rest of the time we will have to take the vehicle that we are currently renting back and get a Ford vehicle. We asked him what about the first week we already paid for and he said Ford only pays for Ford rentals, so he doesn't think we will get a reimbursement, but he said he will try. So we did take the Mazda back to get a Ford vehicle. We should have been told at the time our truck was dropped off; “just in case the issue with the truck happens to be a warranty item make sure to get a Ford rental” but we were not told anything like this. It would be nice if Ford would reimburse us or even put a credit in our account with Ford for future service. This is the only quarrel we have with this experience. Joseph even tried to get us a reimbursement from Ford and they said no. We appreciate him trying. Thank you to Joseph for the great customer service!! More
