Limped off of freeway with a cylinder misfiring. Kenn Olson listened to my description and viewed the pic I took of the code reader (happened to have with me in truck). He reassured me that his guys would have a look and be able to get the truck fixed as fast and affordable as possible. He was upfront about final pricing being unable to be determined until his crew checked it but said he would have estimates and options soon. He was closing but made a call to Enterprise to get me a rental car so I could get home and have transportation for work. Kenn even hung around to make sure the Enterprise rep who was coming to get me found me. It was easy to see that he saw my situation and cared enough to make sure things went smoothly for me. I was on my way home in a rental car in less than an hour from when I pulled into Ford. Kenn followed up with me the next day with a description of the exact problem and multiple recommendations from his crew about what my old truck could use. With all of those he came up with options for me to choose from which would get me going again. We discussed all options and determined which would fix the problem and which other suggestions would make the truck reliable beyond the fix - which is what I requested of him when I left it with him. The work was completed by the next day, and I drove off confident that the work was done well. The truck ran great. It is old (2007) and now sits as our spare home truck for running errands. Right now, it is filling in where my commuter car has seen its last days. It has been a great truck with no major problems. But as it ages things may start going. I will most definitely bring it back for service at Gosch Ford in Temecula should I encounter anything beyond my abilities. They have a great service guy in Kenn.
