Service writer was friendly and polite. Lounge area is clean. Nice touch with the free fresh popcorn and coffee. But I gave 4 stars because there’s no shuttle service available. More

The only thing I was confused on was , if I had to get my own ride home or if they had a shuttle, but otherwise the service department did good in my eyes. I ended up getting a ride home from a friend. Thank More
