Your offer to tow our car and diagnose the problem is actually what I provided by dropping off our car at your location in the first place. Hence this a dubious offer at rectifying the situation and it still cost our family hundreds of dollars, as well as disrupting our family at a critical time. In addition, in good faith I have tried to keep this Ford vehicle, as well as another Ford vehicle, with hindsight I should have invoked California’s Lemon Law years ago. But it is your dealership’s service department’s last mishap and lack of concern for my family’s safety and needs which left me dumbfounded and finally broke our decades of loyalty to the Ford brand and especially the Gosh Ford dealerships in Temecula and Hemet. My wife wanted me to request I insist your company pick up the vehicle and return it fixed without paying another cent in repair bills, especially since the clutch and transmission issues with this car make it eligible for our California Lemon Law. However, you did not offer to make things whole for us and in pure honesty I cannot mentally allow your service department an opportunity to disrupt our family again. Sincerely, Brian
