Outstanding Service Department I brought my vehicle in for a couple recall issues. Kenn Olson assisted me and even told me about Ford extending my warranty to cover an additional is I brought my vehicle in for a couple recall issues. Kenn Olson assisted me and even told me about Ford extending my warranty to cover an additional issue. I wasn't aware that Ford would cover it, but Kenn assured me that Ford would make it right. Kenn new exactly what the issue was and how it affected my vehicle, and he took the time to explain how the fix would correct the problem. I had to return my car another day to get the work done, but Kenn stayed in communication with me throughout the process and even covered my rental car while my car was in the shop. I picked up the car today, and it's running better than ever. Thanks Ford and thanks Kenn for all your help. More

Erica in Parts is amazing! Walked in bummed because my mirror decided to leave me. Then upon check out, I contacted the wonderful, smiling and very personable Erica in the Parts Department.
