Awesomeness and confortable Ok so my car had a problem, I had it towed in last Sat. I knew Ken would be off till Tuesday. Not really needing the vehicle right away I chose to wai Ok so my car had a problem, I had it towed in last Sat. I knew Ken would be off till Tuesday. Not really needing the vehicle right away I chose to wait for Ken to get back from his weekend. Why? Because I delt with him before and I knew as busy as he is in this fast paced business he would take care of this problem as best he could. I trust Ken and feel he's the most honest man for a big business like this I ever worked with. I just can't say enough about this guy. The communication excellent, courtesy excellent, customer service with a smile and a hand shake. I'm so amazed and who ever hired Ken 14 years ago knew what they were doing. I can go on and on and when I get a chance and I will I'm gonna bring that service department down some good pizzas to show my appreciation for taking care of us customers with spirit and gusto.
