Kate over at Goudy Honda was exceptional in the past when our daughter bought her new Honda last year. So we decided it was time for our new car and Kate actually ordered it for us. Kates middle name has to our daughter bought her new Honda last year. So we decided it was time for our new car and Kate actually ordered it for us. Kates middle name has to be ‘customer service’ and we were in constant contact. We made an appointment and the car was ready, beautiful and full of gas. Kate had a efficient handle on our needs and our documentation was perfect. Kate spent time going over all the new kool options these Hondas come with and took care of us every step of the way. Ivan was a greatly professional and personable service consultant. I addressed all of my concerns about my vehicle and he diligently noted them, then provided a timeline for when I would possibly receive consultant. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was returned within four hours. As a teacher preparing for a new school year, I greatly appreciated the swift service!
