Worst Dealership I've Ever Dealt With Absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman lied, was completely incompetent, tried pushing his side business on us. We agr Absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman lied, was completely incompetent, tried pushing his side business on us. We agreed on a price for the vehicle and then we traveled 6 hours to pick it up. Once we got there, they added $1,300 as a "care package". They refused to remove the cost after we informed the salesman, sales manager and general manager. Every time we tried to address an issue, he had no idea what he was talking about. After the sale, he texted my wife and I trying to push his accounting business on us. The sales manager was manipulative and dishonest. He told us that he was working for us to get the issues resolved, but didn't accomplish anything. The credit department tried to be dishonest. They tried to run three different interest rates until we told them what the sales manager told us the rate was. i.e. they tried to hide what we actually were approved for. I would be ashamed to be a part of this organization. Do not waste your time with this dealership. More
