My experience was nothing short of awesome! I worked over the phone with Lawrence and Jackie with help of my purchase of my new F150. They got me a great deal I was happy with. All I can say is, my vehicle was brought back in to repair 3 times in 2 months. My 2019 explorer went in for A/C not working and went back in 5 days after GPF having my vehicle for 1 month, for coolant repair 3 times in 2 months. My 2019 explorer went in for A/C not working and went back in 5 days after GPF having my vehicle for 1 month, for coolant leaking. They did not address other issues I requested to check. They stayed with my vehicle for a second Month to correct the coolant leak. After me picking up my vehicle for the second time and two months later ,I now have a massive oil leak from the head gasket. Im not pleased with their service departments quality of work. It looks like they are just trying to flood their mechanics with alot of work by taking in as many cars as possible and not providing what customers pay for which is results and Quality. If I could attach pictures I would to show to prove my complaint. TAKE AT YOUR OWN RISK. More
