He gave us all the details, options and answered my millions of questions in a calm and friendly manner. He is transparent, too. He gave me ample time to think whether to purchase or not unlike others I felt threatened or pushed to make decisions right there. I went to get a used Dodge Caravan and delt with Jorge Calvillo and test drove 2 vans. Jorge answered my questions and treated me with respect. He was very friendly and I felt no pressure.
