Nealy Anderson is the best! She made everything smooth and comfortable for me. I was nervous about the process, but she put my mind at ease. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because after only 1 week, some of and comfortable for me. I was nervous about the process, but she put my mind at ease. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because after only 1 week, some of the systems were not working properly including a safety feature warning that popped up on my screen in the car. My last leased vehicle, 2018 Forester had problems from the start. Hopefully Grand Subaru repair shop will fix my brand new leased car, and their won't be any additional problems! More
