My wife and I were blown away by how knowledgeable and how much he really took the time to understand Mark Hoen, FANTASTIC! WOW is all I can say! My wife and I were blown away by how knowledgeable and how much he really took the time to understand what we needed. He helped us with purchase vs leasing. Once we decided on the SUV he really understand the product and all the features. At delivery of the vehicle he took a full 1 1/2 half walking us through the Subaru Ascent and all of the 'bells and whistles" . He then followed up with us two days later to ensure were where satisfied and if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Grand Subaru to anyone one in the market for a vehicle and more specifically work with MARK HOEN! More
