On a Thursday evening I spoke to Lou about my car needs. I had some final questions that were very important before I could make a smart decision. Not only did Lou answer all my questions with great patience but he educated me on some things that I hadn’t considered. I was so impressed by Lou that I made an appointment to visit him the next day. Though the dealership is far from my home I knew I had to meet him & see this Grand Subaru dealership in Bensenville. Another reason in addition to a great salesman was that I was offered the best out the door price of the many dealerships I had reached out to. It really was win win. The icing on the cake was that on the following Monday Lou had the car of my dreams! I am so pleased to recommend Lou for his kindness, professionalism, and his dedication!! He knew what I needed to learn about the new Outback technology but also let me lead the discussion as to what I wanted to learn. Lou is a no non sense sales man who is very professional. This was my 5th new car purchase and I will rate him as the best car sales man I have interacted and closed a purchase with. I knew what I was buying- did not need a test drive and was aware of all the features of Subaru Outback. I had quotes from multiple dealerships via email but he was the only one who gave me the OTD price and got me a car of choice (color). Other dealership wanted $300+ more for getting a car which they did not have on their lot. Lou did not change the OTD price for getting the car of my choice. . I don’t like wasting time on talking and negotiating – we have enough data on the internet to get a fair estimate of the sales price. He was very in tune with buyers like me. He indeed is a new age car salesman. He will be my go to person for my next car purchase as well. I thank him and wish him all the best. More
