We worked with Lou Scapellato to purchase our new Subaru Forester. Most of the initial communications with Lou were online and by phone. He offered the best price for what we wanted and arranged for much Forester. Most of the initial communications with Lou were online and by phone. We were able to get in and out in one hour on the day we actually picked up the car--a plus at any time, but especially during covid. Overall, it was a smooth process. The only negative was that the finance person we interacted with only had a plexiglass divider on his desk and did not wear a mask. That's insufficient protection from covid, an airborne virus. More
