This was my first time visiting Grand Subaru and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Afiza was our salesperson and she was awesome! We let her know that we were coming and wanted to see a specific c say it was a fantastic experience. Afiza was our salesperson and she was awesome! We let her know that we were coming and wanted to see a specific car for our son who turns 16 soon. She had everything ready for us when we got there. Al was our Fiancé person and he was also great. Afiza and Al made the entire process quick and smooth. 2 1/2 hours later we were done and on our way. I would highly recommend visiting Grand Subaru a using Afiza and Al as your associates. Bought a used car from Trace. I was told after the purchase that two tires from the front were ordered for the car. I thought that was nice now let's see if they honor it. Almost a week later the tire purchase that two tires from the front were ordered for the car. I thought that was nice now let's see if they honor it. Almost a week later the tires came and I rolled out with 2 tires and a car wash. Friendly but more important to me professionalism and honesty. More

Chris and Grand Subaru were awesome. I was in touch with every Subaru dealer in the Chicagoland area and felt BY FAR most comfortable with Chris and the team over at Grand. One dealership, in fact, is 2 mil every Subaru dealer in the Chicagoland area and felt BY FAR most comfortable with Chris and the team over at Grand. One dealership, in fact, is 2 miles from my house and I drove the 20+ miles to go to Grand because Chris made me feel comfortable with the deal over e-mail. They made sure they got me the best deal possible and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They offered me some add-ons and warranty extensions when I purchased the vehicle, but whenever I declined they were not pushy, unlike other dealers. Clearly, they just wanted to make sure I was aware of all of my options. More
