My wife and I have stopped by yesterday for one of the used cars test drive. The appointment was scheduled in advance. We understand all the disadvantages related to a used car but this was the worst expe used cars test drive. The appointment was scheduled in advance. We understand all the disadvantages related to a used car but this was the worst experience. We could not force ourselves to get in the car as it was very dirty. Dust, stains, human's or dog's hair everywhere in the car. TRACE P. said that it is normal and they can do the cleaning for an additional price. In our opinion, this level of customer service deserves ONE STAR. Thank you Trace for wisting our time. More

We worked with Nealy. She was very good and ordered us the car we wanted with no trouble. The price was a little below invoice and arrived a few weeks sooner than scheduled. We did have to take the car the car we wanted with no trouble. The price was a little below invoice and arrived a few weeks sooner than scheduled. We did have to take the car back a couple of days later for a faulty TPMS sensor where they had to replace all four of them and our charging cord was missing along with half a tank of gas to test it. But overall we had a good experience. More
