This was my 4th Subaru purchased through Grand because they provide the excellent customer service and fair pricing. Jeff is simply the best salesman I have ever encountered; extremely knowledgeable, very low pressure and so very willing to work with the customer. This purchase was especially challenging because of the pandemic, but Jeff made it quick and easy with nearly every step of the process done online. The in-person appointment was fast, and thorough. Great communication throughout the whole process. It was no haggling and Jeff offered me the best price in Chicagoland. Even for my trade-in, got more than I expected! I was in contact with many different dealers during this process and Afiza’s attitude and care were a big reason why I decided to buy my car from Grand Subaru. She was the only representative that seemed to be honest and truly care about my car buying experience. She made the process feel simple and comfortable.
