No push just facts Ramon was very considerate and respectful to our needs. He questioned what we were looking for then searched his inventory to meet our wants and needs Ramon was very considerate and respectful to our needs. Once decision was made it was a sit down and discuss options being introduced to each with full explanation. No push just the facts. As the day grew on and a breakfast less morning started to show in my character with my resembling a Snickers commercial, Ramon took a break from his work and offered us coffee and a muffin to bring my blood sugar back in line. Costco membership refereed me to Grand Subaru. I visited a couple other Subaru dealerships prior to Grand Subaru, none could compare. Picked up my new Ascent I ordered a new Ascent back in late February, Surprisingly it made it through the assembly line before it closed down. Just picked it up this past I ordered a new Ascent back in late February, Surprisingly it made it through the assembly line before it closed down. Just picked it up this past week in the midst of our pandemic outbreak. Kiril and everyone associated with the dealer were very cognizant of the seriousness of the pandemic, social distancing and maintaining a very clean and sterile environment. Kiril and the and the rest of the team and Grand provided a very professional and friendly environment despite the highly unusually circumstances we now live in. I appreciate their assistance, all the presales work and review of contract/financing we were able to do over the phone and via email so as to minimize our face to face contact. Thanks Randy More

My experience with Grand lead by Nealy was excellent. Nealy Anderson contacted me immediately from my request through the Costco Auto program. The color selection I requested of the Touring XT was challenging to find, but Grand and Nealy located one and had it shipped within a week just in time for a road trip.
