Ramon was excellent during my sales process. Negotiated via email initially then went in for a test drive. He gave me the information I wanted and did not push me into a sale that same day as I wasn't read via email initially then went in for a test drive. He gave me the information I wanted and did not push me into a sale that same day as I wasn't ready to buy. Reached out via email again and worked out a final price. Went in to buy and he was very patient and answered all my questions. Ended up getting a good value on my trade and overall was satisfied with the process. Al in finance was also excellent. Moved quickly and efficiently and got me exactly what I wanted for financing. More
