So we had to sit and wait for about half an hour before anyone else was available to help us. Afiiza was finally able to make herself available, and the experience improved immeasurably! She was friendly, helpful in every way and extremely knowledgeable. She carefully explained what was happening during the whole complicated process of purchasing the car and patiently answered my and my wife's questions. She made a number of add-on products available, but without the high pressure I had been expecting. If I said 'no' that was the end of it. There was a minor issue setting up the Bluetooth interface with my phone. She persisted, bringing in additional expertise until the problem was solved. I've always believed that the true test of an organization or an individual is how they behave when things aren't going according to plan. Not trust worthy I would not recommend ever doing business with this dealership. I had a car shipped on 3/19/2019 that I was told was in great shape only to receive a I would not recommend ever doing business with this dealership. I had a car shipped on 3/19/2019 that I was told was in great shape only to receive a very dirty car with a ton of issues. Notified the dealership after receiving that day. Tried talking to management about having it shipped back because it was not what I was told it was like & that surely he would want to be honest about the problem only to be told I can't return the car. Very unprofessional and they do not stand behind their words. I've never had such awful service from a dealership. Pictures were sent in to prove the car was not like the pictures I was sent & told the car looked like but the manager argued with me & didn't care at all about it. More
