My experience with Nealy Anderson and Grand Subaru was phenomenal! I am in the military and until about three weeks ago, served overseas in Japan. This is the second car we've gotten through Grand Subaru (and Outback and a Forester). Our experience with Grand Subaru both times was exceptional. This time, we dealt from start to finish with Nealy Ande (and Outback and a Forester). Our experience with Grand Subaru both times was exceptional. This time, we dealt from start to finish with Nealy Anderson, and we cannot say enough good things about her! She was true to her word at every stage of the process; she has a great personality (and is just a nice person in general) and took any stress out of the process; she made sure the process moved along as quickly as possible and kept us informed throughout; and she is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles - she pointed out any differences we'd see between the Outback and the Forester. We will not hesitate to get our next vehicle from Grand Subaru and we hope Nealy will be "our person" again (although hopefully she will be promoted by then - she certainly deserves a promotion!).
