The process was really easy. And that's high praise. You don't typically think of car buying as easy. I came in and test-drove an Outback Wilderness. I came back and ordered exactly what I wanted; Kiril Velkov was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the packages and options. And then I waited. I was expecting 3-4 months; it took a little more than 2 1/2. And on the night I bought the car, I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Easy peasy! More
